Progress reports will be issued every nine weeks. Please sign Progress reports and return them to school the next day. Look at the progress reports carefully, noting the level at which your child is working. Students do not receive numerical grades. Instead, their progress is indicated as follows: 4 = exceeds EOY expectations, 3=meets EOY expectations, 2 = progressing toward EOY expectations, 1= limited progress toward EOY expectations and 0 = no progress. If you have questions as to how a level was determined, please ask your child’s teacher for clarification. Conferences with teachers are encouraged, and they may be scheduled as needed. We ask that you schedule a conference during a time when the teacher is not involved in instruction or supervision of students.
